Meet Waterlase® from Biolase
One of the lasers we use most often at Anne Lyon DDS is the WaterLase® iPlus™ from BIOLASE. This handheld device sends out pulses of water and uses no heat or excessive vibrations to complete treatments. Not only does the WaterLase® cut through enamel safely, but patients find it less irritating than metal tools or drills. In addition, some patients require no numbing agents when we use the WaterLase® for services such as laser gum therapy or complex tissue ablation.
